Australian insurance industry’s up-and-comers are unveiled by Insurance Business

Discover the 2023 Insurance Business Rising Stars, a list that Insurance Business Australia (IB) has compiled. These young, driven individuals are dedicated to making a name for themselves in the business while also making a positive impact on everyone they work with.

Through a nomination process that included experts from every area of the Australian insurance industry, IB this year chose exceptional young talent. Candidates are required to be under the age of 35 and employed by, or directly involved with, the general insurance sector as of October 31, 2023. Furthermore, they needed to have a genuine love for the insurance industry and a strong dedication to their profession in the field.

The IB group canvassed the candidates for information regarding their present position, notable accomplishments, aspirations for the future, and impact on the insurance sector. The group also took into account managerial and seasoned expert suggestions. From all the nominations received, IB selected 45 of the most outstanding young professionals in the Australian insurance sector.

AXA XL, AXA’s P&C and specialty risk subsidiary, is the source of this year’s IB Rising Stars special report.

In her analysis of this year’s awards, Catherine Carlyon, the country manager of AXA XL Australia, stated that “insurance is a talent-driven industry, and we need bright, engaged minds to help the industry continue to progress in an environment of rapid change.” AXA XL is pleased to be the 2023 Rising Stars’ sponsor.
