In the Greater Toronto Area, BrokerLink has announced a three-pronged attack

The Greater Toronto Area is a key area for BrokerLink’s expansion in Ontario, and the company has now purchased three companies there.

Besides acquiring the assets of Solutions Financial PCC Inc., doing business as All-Risks Burlington, the brokerage said in a press statement that it had also acquired Dowhaniuk Insurance Brokers Inc. and Heinsoo Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Since 2009, the Burlington community has been served by All-Risks Insurance, a multi-line insurance business with a location in Burlington.

Over the course of its twenty years in existence, Hamilton has been home to Dowhaniuk Insurance, which provides coverage for both individuals and companies. Its team of seasoned professionals knows the GTA well and out, and they use this knowledge to assess each client’s unique requirements and provide tailored advice.

Seventy years of business have passed with the same family continuously running Heinsoo Insurance. It caters to both potential and present customers by providing them with personalized insurance coverage for their homes, cars, properties, and complex business risks.

When asked about the latest triple deal, Lindsay Loughridge, vice president of Ontario and digital distribution at BrokerLink, was thrilled about the company’s continued M&A expansion.

BrokerLink’s CEO, John Loughridge, is “thrilled” to be expanding into three new areas with the help of new workers and new customers.

“As we expand in Ontario, we are committed to the communities we serve and take great pride in providing individualized insurance solutions, being an employer of choice, and making significant financial and in-kind contributions to a wide variety of local initiatives.”

The Burlington locations of All-Risks, Dowhaniuk, and Heinsoo Insurance are all staying open thanks to the merger with BrokerLink, as stated in the press release.
Last month, the company made its largest acquisition in Alberta when it purchased Alpine Insurance.
