Brett Clark, CEO and managing director of TAL Group, has been officially named chair of the Australian Business Community Network (ABCN).
For the ABCN, Clark has been an invaluable asset to the board since 2019, making significant contributions to leadership, strategy, and governance.
Taking over for Tony Macvean, a managing partner at Hall & Wilcox who has been a member of the ABCN board for eleven years, including the last six as chair, is new chair Clark. Macvean is stepping down from his position.
“Brett has already made a wonderful contribution to ABCN over the past four years, and with the setting of a new five-year strategy for the organization, this is the perfect opportunity for him to work with the board and executive to deliver the next phase of impact, innovation, and growth,” Macvean said, commenting on the appointment. ”
For his eleven years of service and invaluable contributions to the ABCN board, Clark expressed his gratitude to Macvean.
